Voice over Internet Protocol, or VoIP as it’s more commonly known, is available on iPod Touch. VoIP provider Truphone has ported its VoIP client on to the handset developed by Apple, enabling the music and video player to make free phone calls over Wi-Fi networks. Ofcom Orders VoIP Providers to allow emergency calls
